Rainbow Lorikeet

This Rainbow lorikeet (trichoglossus haematodus) is perched on a small plum tree in a suburban backyard in Adelaide, South Australia

Range: common in all forest, heath, and woodland where blossoms occur in a wide coastal strip in northern and eastern Australia from Broome WA, to Kangaroo Island in South Australia.

Camera: Canon HV20 in card mode. Shutter: 1/80. Aperture; 2.8. Focal length; 61.0 mm.
