Metamorphosis 1
The internet is indeed a wondrous resource - but can become somewhat disconcerting at times.
When I first discovered it - sometime in 2002 - my full name, both fore and 'sur', was the only one that could be found by google. Now, Googlesearch is littered with them. There is a youngster in New Zealand, a businessman in America, a yachtsman in England; and probably several others. There is one on Facebook .. but none of them are me (I do, however, suspect that I am much 'older' than most of them).
Similarly with 'nicknames' or 'nom de plumes'. Sometime in 2004 I set up a photobucket account under the name of "Davopics". I now see that there is another photographer using that one. Have no idea who came up with that name first - but he is not me.
Attempting to find something "original" - it was with great joy to type "Davozpix" into the Google search box and see the words "Your search - davozpix - did not match any documents".
It will be interesting to see how long "Davozpix" remains unique to me.
